How to order a repeat prescription
If you require long-term treatment your doctor may give you your medication on a repeat prescription. Repeat prescriptions are printed on the computer which also prints out a list of all your medicines.
To obtain further repeat prescriptions either:
- Hand this list into the surgery allowing at least two full working days for your request to be processed.
- Post the list, together with a stamped self-addressed envelope, to the surgery. Please allow at least two full working days plus posting time for your request to be processed.
- Request your repeat prescription on-line. The first step is to call into the surgery and tell the receptionist that you would like to register for Patient Access. You will need to provide proof of identity for the receptionist. This may be a driving licence, passport, or a recent utility bill. They will provide you with a form with a unique PIN number (please keep this secret!). The level of security for this site is the same that you would experience when using on-line banking. Once you have your registration details you can go home and register on-line. You must allow two full working days for your request to be processed.

WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS.
